Sophia at merchandise pickup went above and beyond on a phone call to her. She looked up information, went to upper level and looked into the merchandise for me and then also pulled up receipt and emailed it to me. Thanks the great customer service !!(Hard to find dedicated staff)

Always have a great experience when I shop at the Nordstrom at the Saint Louis Galleria! I always feel very 'at home' when I am there! This past weekend I went in need of assistance with my Nordstrom Card, and Caitlin was super helpful and attentive to my needs! I truly appreciate all her help and the assistance of fellow sales associates there! She was so patient (even as I accidently came in 10 minutes to close) They are always very kind, caring, and want to make sure that you feel comfortable at this location! Never once had a bad experience at this Nordstrom! Thank you so much for your help Caitlin and to all Nordstrom associates working right now! Thanks for all that you do!

A sales woman named Larissa might have been having a bad day or might just be a miserable person, but she seemingly went out of her way to make me feel bad about a purchase I made for my husband. I honestly can’t believe Nordstrom would employ someone with such a poor level of customer service.

I never shop or stop In it. Guess what security at the Nordstroms store in St. Louis Galleria.... Love this Nordstrom! I have not had any bas experiences. Always great service. If you are in women's shoes look for Mr. Smiley and for men's shoes go to Donovan! They are both helpful and knowledgeable about the products!

I visit this Nordstrom often. This visit Joni followed me around the store. I came for a few specific things but wanted to look around first. She literally followed me all around the beauty department. When I requested items my first item. She couldn't find it and asked me if I saw it. I was like no. Another lady came over and found it. I then asked the price of a eye shadow palette. She told me they didn't have it. I asked did you look or are you just telling me you don't have it. She looked again and found it. I was using a giftcard and my debit card and before starting the transaction I wanted to make sure I was getting my points for the transaction. Well she didn't put my number in and when they called customer service they would not add the points. After 30 minutes which should have taken 10 minutes I told them to refund the transaction. Totally ridiculous and I probably will not set foot in that store again and just order online.

Best mall in the area. The Boba Tea place is wonderful!

I came in a couple of days before Christmas to get my husband a little something. I walk into Nordstrom and immediately got helped by the Jack Black associate (skin care section in the men’s department). Chris was lovely and talked me through all of the skin care products they have for men and was able to accommodate his special needs (given he has a special skin type and has certain allergies). On top of that, she gave me samples to take and have him try. I. Loved. It. Unfortunately, he went in a another direction. But I appreciate the time and chat Chris had with me. I recommend going back to her for any skin care needs anytime!

It's one of the greatest stores to shop

I had been down the hall at an unnamed competitor. I saw 2 salespeople on the women's shoe floor room, and it was not enough! I had 5 or 6 pair I asked to try on, waited, received 1 less than requested. Went up again and asked for it.... waiting. I thought, I can spend my money elsewhere. Walked out, down the hallway and walked into NORDSTROM'S where I was greeted right away by a lovely salesperson. Brought requested items out right away and waited while I tried them on. There were several more salespeople available to assist. If you value customer service, NORDSTROM'S is the place for you. I may have paid a little more, but it doesn't matter, I wasn't bargain shopping.

Want to go to a place where the echo and noise is so high that normal conversation is nearly impossible? How about a place where the pant level is as low as the noise level is high? Then you are tailored made for this mall. This is a great place for a anti-fascist or black lives matter demo, as just a few people can cause quite the stir within this noise chamber of a mall. Did I mention banana republic? No? Well then, banana republic! It is the only reason to go there. Very helpful people there and nice clothes. That is it. The remainder of the mall is noisy, mundane or overpriced.

Its just blah , typical high fashion at high prices, Macy's much the same with better sales ...there in the same blah mall .Galleria used to be exciting and cool ,im shocked this place still exists. Blame Nordstrom for that and the Cheesecake factory.

Clean, wide aisles. Well stocked department store. Nice open feeling. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. You can always find someone to help you.

I've visited Nordstrom's Department store cologne section several times for pre-purchase testing and to buy cologne. The sales person are very polite and helpful. They never hesitate to offer suggestions and or offer samples. One gentleman that stands out is Joshua Fournier. He appears knowledgeable and honest in his suggestions about fragrances. Also, there was a young tall African American male, who appeared to be home from college, who was very helpful in my purchase of Spicebomb. Nordstrom, will always be on my list of stops when shopping for cologne. I wish they carried Creed inside the store. Coupons would be nice!

Staff are pretty friendly for the most part just depends what department you’re shopping in (may get friendly, may get some that won’t acknowledge you). I love coming here to shop though. I mostly only shop in the MAC cosmetics section now because the customer service is impeccable over there. Love Luke and Aaron! They are amazing.

Greek store lot of different different finds

Bought a beautiful necklace from Nordstrom, the place was inviting, everyone in the store was nice, no pushing salespeople, clean,just a satisfying purchase, actually the price wasn't bad for what I paid.

Nice Mall, ok food court

Ok. This overpriced store is one of my favorites. They have unique items, great customer service and exquisite merchandise displays. Love it. But I don't love the prices. Way out of my league, just for everyday shopping. Why pay more, when I can hit the Rack for very similar items? Me Inc - loves to save and look sharp. Great place to look. Don't purchase the first time you see it. It will go on sale at some point.

In answering Nordstroms there was a young lady by the name of Vanessa very lovely looking young lady very helpful make sure all my issues everything that I was looking for she made sure I had it she went above and beyond in her job thank you very much ma'am God bless
